COVID Updates

Updated 4/10/20

Effective now until 04-17-2020

We have implemented new in-office protocols recommended by the ADA to help prevent the transmission of the COVID-19 virus.

In order to maintain access to care for our patients who are in need of dentistry, we will maintain office hours to some degree. This could vary day to day.

*If you have a dental emergency, please contact the office and we’ll take care of you. If you’re in pain, have a broken tooth, or an abscess, please call.

*If you have essential ongoing treatment with us, we will keep you on the schedule or re-appoint your treatment as needed. We will be reaching out to each of you individually.

*If you have a routine care appointment (cleaning) now thru 4-17-2020, to please disregard that appointment. Feel free to call the office and leave your name and date of the appointment on the voicemail and we will not bother you with another call. We are keeping a list of all of these appointments and will contact you to reschedule.

As always, we appreciate your understanding and support during these hard times.

Updated 3/19/20

We are still available for our patients in need of dental care.
This, unfortunately, does not include routine care appointments (cleanings) and some doctor appointments. If you have a routine appointment scheduled between now and 4-6-20, feel free to contact the office and leave your name and date of your appointment on the voicemail and we will not bother you with another call. We are keeping track of all of these appointments and will contact you to reschedule as soon as we return to normal business. If you have an appointment with any of the doctors we will be contacting you as well if needing rescheduled. Thank you for all of your help and understanding!

Updated 3/17/20

We want to thank our patients for their understanding as we have implemented new in-office protocols recommended by the American Dental Association to help prevent the transmission of the COVID-19 virus.

In order to maintain access to care for our patients who are in need of dentistry, we will maintain office hours to some degree. We do ask that when arriving to your appointment, to remain in your vehicle and call to check in. We will call or text you when your treatment room is ready. Let’s all work together to get this behind us. If any of you have any questions at all, feel free to contact the office.
